It's been speculated - as it has with Putin, who apparently also has notes in large font - that he can't see for st when there's normal text on a page to read. He does have glasses but hardly wears them in public.t but doesn't wear glasses because he thinks it lowers his machismo. Like with his mincey little hand gestures, stupid face pulling, and ridiculous arse-out stance he has any to lower in the first place

But on that, I recall seeing a pic of the autocue from one of his public events (might have been his inauguration ceremony; where the font was absolutely massive on the screen!
