This is page 1 of Trumps notes during the helicopter press chat.

Has Trump ever been called out on his eyesight with stuff like this? If he needs big marker pen letters to read and does his signatures with the same big black pen, I don't think he can see st when there's normal text on a page to read. He does have glasses but hardly wears them in public.
I read somewhere a few years ago about him being too vain to wear glasses in public; something to do with being seen as 'not perfect' rolleyes

But on that, I recall seeing a pic of the autocue from one of his public events (might have been his inauguration ceremony; where the font was absolutely massive on the screen!

He looks better with glasses, they hide the fact he doesn’t adequately fake tan the area around his eyes to match the rest of his Sunny D addict tan.

Rep Schiff's closing was magisterial. Cicero, FE Smith QC, and Clarence Darrow, rolled into one. I am sending a link to it to every trainee or junior advocate that I know, as an example of exemplary forensic skills as well as great political oratory. Ditto Emily Maitlis' brilliant cross examination of Prince Andrew, as a fine example of why the rapier always beats the bludgeon, and why speaking softly always beats shouting.

Pompeo planning to resign as Trump is damaging his career!

Edit: currently just a rumour.
I saw this- he's got his friends/aides out saying this to journalists adding he wants to run for a senate seat, U.S. Senate in Kansas in 2020. I can't see that happening now after Sondland impilcated him yesterday. That couldn't have come at a worse time, Pompeo saying he was resigning just as Sondland was saying Pompeo was as guilty as everyone else.
So he can't resign right now, that will look like he's runnign away.

Lindsey Graham went onto Hannitys show last night in a damage control exercise and announced the Justice Department Inspector General’s report on the FBI's handling of the Russia investigation will be released December 9th

https://edition.cnn.com/2019/11/20/politics/graham...

This is Barr producing a report supporting trumps conspiracy theories which has been proven false about how the FBI, the CIA, and the Democrats were somehow working together to force trump to collude with Russia.

Lindsey Graham is the one announcing this and as he’s a Senator, not a member of the Department of Justice, this means he’s been conspiring with Barr to produce this report. The DOJ is releasing the report, not the Inspector General himself, which means that it's come from Barr.

A desperate distraction attempt.

trump know russian assistance over social media generated him votes, so of course he's keeping Zuckerberg on side.

President Donald Trump hosted a previously undisclosed dinner with Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook board member Peter Thiel at the White House in October, the company told NBC News on Wednesday.

The meeting took place during Zuckerberg’s most recent visit to Washington, where he testified before Congress about Facebook’s new cryptocurrency Libra. Zuckerberg also gave a speech at Georgetown University the week before, detailing his company’s commitment to free speech, and its resistance to calls for the company to crack down on misinformation in political ads.

NY Times are running a good article on Robert D. Luskin, the GOP lawyer who talked Sondland line by line through his testimony yesterday,

Giuliani also claimed he didn't know Sondland after everyone, even the GOP tried to say Giuliani was at the center of everything. Dems and Sondland said it was doing trumps demands, GOP tried to claim Giuliai was a rogue agent.

Giuliani wasn't happy
“I came into this at Volker’s request. Sondland is speculating based on VERY little contact. I never met him and had very few calls with him, mostly with Volker. Volker testified I answered their questions and described them as my opinions, NOT demands. I.E., no quid pro quo!”

Only problem here is that he was previously claiming that everything he did in Ukraine was to expose his legal client Donald Trump’s supposed innocence....

LOL - trump takes credit for an Apple plant that Obama opened in 2013 and has been making Mac Pro's there since...

Donald J. Trump
@realDonaldTrump

Today I opened a major Apple Manufacturing plant in Texas that will bring high paying jobs back to America. Today Nancy Pelosi closed Congress because she doesn’t care about American Workers!

Corey Lewandowski on Radio 4 just now repeating the Rep mantra that if you haven't actually met or spoken with Trump then whatever you say has no weight. Quite a few people didn't meet Hitler, Mussolini or Mugabe but that didn't prevent any of them being found guilty of shocking crimes. Amazed the BBC guy didn't pick him up on that.

My concern is that with respect to Trump we are in a place where normal cast-iron evidence still isn't enough because he's such and amazing genius that some people with do anything to knock him off his perch. Pure envy and all that.

The trouble is Sondland blew that out the water yesterday, said he had many meetings with trump, was following trumps orders, was directly involved...

Many people have now validated the whistleblowers complaint, both in private and public testimony, including Sondland who was directly involved...

Hum Nunes even deeper into it. Seems that Lev Parnas, the indicted associate of Rudy Giuliani in Ukraine, helped arrange meetings and calls in Europe for Rep. Devin Nunes in 2018, according to his lawyer.

https://www.thedailybeast.com/lev-parnas-helped-re...

So he's actually trying to protect his own skin, not just trump

Is his credibility not lacking, due to his previous testimony, though?
