Oh OK, but speaking of 'we are all above average intelligence here' I think she 'trumps' us all
a senior North Korean diplomat. She is the First Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and is one of few North Korean women holding a high-level office.

Choe is a seasoned interpreter, aide, researcher, and Foreign Ministry official. Fluent in English, she interpreted at the six-party talks and Washington-Pyongyang dialogue early in her career. Choe has progressed through the ranks in the foreign ministry, from section chief, to deputy director, and since 2016 deputy director-general of the North American department. She was made a regular vice minister in 2018 with a North American portfolio. She became the first vice minister the following year.

Without wishing to be pedantic (OK, maybe a little bit), surely over an entire sample size we're collectively all literally of average intelligence?

I mean from the impeachment report....and my post the other day

"#NunesGotCaught" trends on Twitter after GOP Rep. Devin Nunes was implicated in the House impeachment report

The ranking GOP member of the Intel Committee, who continually tried to derail the Ukrainian investigation, was a willing co-conspirator of trumps Ukraine scandal.

Over the course of the four days following the April 7 article, phone records show contacts between Mr. Giuliani, Mr. Parnas, Representative Devin Nunes, and Mr. Solomon.
Specifically, Mr. Giuliani and Mr. Parnas were in contact with one another, as well as with Mr. Solomon.

Phone records also show contacts on April 10 between Mr. Giuliani and Rep.Nunes, consisting of three short calls in rapid succession, followed by a text message, and ending with a nearly three minute call. Later that same day, Mr. Parnas and Mr. Solomon had a four minute, 39 second call.

On the morning of May 8, Mr. Giuliani called the White House Switchboard and connected for six minutes and 26 seconds with someone at the White House. That same day, Mr. Giuliani also connected with Mr. Solomon for almost six minutes, with Mr. Parnas, and with Derek Harvey, a member of Representative Nunes’ staff on the Intelligence Committee.

Call records also show that around midday on May 10, Mr. Giuliani began trading
aborted calls with Kashyap “Kash” Patel, an official at the National Security Council who
previously served on Ranking Member Devin Nunes’ staff on the Intelligence Committee.

I could keep going but Nunes was deep into it... they have all the records. Pages of the report shows calls to people that Nunes says he doesn't know...

[whisper] he is talking about himself really but is not confident in it [/whisper]

He literally put his job role down as "computer expert", bet he is the same type of IT expert at my work "can you switch it off, then on" (in a exasperated voice), when it doesn't work " tsssssk, I will have to send that away then".

I am a breathing expert. In through the mouth, out through the mouth. Expertly done, all the time, never died yet. I am above average at breathing, definitely.

So as he likes timescales, no doubt Murph will like that on 12 April 2019:
Parnas called Rudy.
Parnas called Rudy
Parnas called Nunes
Nunes called Parnas
Nunes called Parnas
Parnas called Rudy
Sekulow called Rudy
Parnas called John Solomon (conspiracy writer from The Hill)

This ALL BETWEEN 4:10 and 5:24.

biggrin

Then with the call to -1 (trump) it's no wonder Lyndsey Graham was trying to whitewash over the problem. He knew what was coming in the released report

Especially when those attorneys are busy tweeting about it or discussing it on fox news

MSNBC Ari Melber: Statements that Rudy Giuliani and Trump made about Ukraine on Fox News could end up as evidence in Trump's impeachment trial.
MSNBC Chief Legal Correspondent Ari Melber reports on how Rep. Schiff’s impeachment report cites a Fox New interview as evidence. The Democrats making the case that key parts of Trump’s bribery plot were broadcast live and emphasizing they can prove damning parts of the Ukraine plot based partly on the public scheming and incriminating statements broadcast live from Rudy Giuliani and Pres. Trump himself. Melber takes the viewer through an alleged propaganda campaign.

AH:

As Ukraine approaches peace talks with Russia, many worry that President Zelensky is so weakened by the Trump impeachment inquiry that he will capitulate to Moscow

Washington may be obsessed with the impeachment inquiry over President Trump’s dealings with Ukraine, but it was far from the minds of a few thousand protesters who gathered on a recent frosty night in Kyiv to vent their anger at their own country’s president, Volodymyr Zelensky, over his peace overtures to Russia.

If he struggled to resist demands by Mr. Trump for investigations affecting next year’s United States elections, some protesters said, imagine what will happen when he meets President Vladimir V. Putin on Monday for talks on ending the war in eastern Ukraine. As speakers derided Mr. Zelensky as soft on Russia, the crowd answered with cries of “No to capitulation!” and “Treason!”

Mr. Zelensky campaigned for the presidency on a two-plank platform of fighting corruption and ending a grinding war with Russian-backed separatists in eastern Ukraine that has killed at least 13,000 people.

Remember, Giuliani continues to push it's the policy of trump that official US assistance hinges on Ukraine criminally investigating Joe Biden. If the Ukranians don’t engage in this blatant corruption for Trump, the US won’t be able to help them with their anti-corruption reforms. Even whilst trump is being impeached, Giuliani continues on his orders...

Swamp news

More than 100 members of Congress have now visited at least one of the properties that President Trump owns and profits from while in office, according to tracking by CREW. While Congress is charged with providing unbiased checks and balances on the president, including President Trump’s conflicts of interest related to his businesses, many members have chosen to forgo these responsibilities while enjoying the political benefits that visiting and spending money at Trump properties provides. That’s especially problematic now, as members of Congress are tasked with considering how to perform their constitutional duty as the impeachment process moves forward. In fact, 50 members of Congress have visited a Trump property since the impeachment inquiry was announced, and some key figures in the impeachment inquiry are some of Trump’s best customers.

According to CREW’s tracking of Trump’s conflicts of interest while in office, 115 individual members of Congress have made 256 visits to Trump properties since he was elected. More than one-third of the Republicans currently serving in Congress have visited a Trump property.

At least 122 of these visits were made to attend a political fundraiser or special interest group event. Before Donald Trump ran for office, very little political spending took place at his properties. Now, the President’s hotels and resorts have become centers of the Republican fundraising apparatus. In the last three years, at least 71 political fundraisers have taken place at his properties. Ten Republican members and Trump allies have held campaign fundraisers at Trump properties. President Trump has himself attended 25 political fundraisers at Trump properties, often mingling with members of Congress.

Whilst Giuliani travels around trying to further the Ukraine scandal even more, one of his associates has been arrested in Germany.

Oleksandr Onyshchenko, who had close ties to Ukraine’s former president before fleeing the country to avoid embezzlement allegations of $64m , was arrested Friday by German authorities at the request of Ukraine’s National Anti-Corruption Bureau and Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.

He was a former Ukrainian member of parliament who has claimed to have dirt on Burisma Group and so was of special interest to Giuliani.
