Not sure pointing out the couple's hypocrisy (and indeed most of my criticism has been for Harry, not Megan) - or pointing out she's known as a ruthless social climber - is frothing.

Aren't both sides fairly poisonous and not exactly models of familial perfection?
Though does seem slightly incongruous to be engaged in a very high profile and expensive court case over the privacy issues around a letter to a family member whilst simultaneously engaged in an equally high profile TV interview with the express intention of dissing hubbies immediate family and any associated in-laws. More double standards around the place than a double standard shop on BOGOF day.

Well certainly both are not models of family perfection but I would say that the Queen is just old fashioned in her beliefs rather than poisonous. She believes in duty not self regard and self promotion. No wonder so many embrace The Meg instead. Whenever you see the clash between the beliefs of the Queen and Phillip and their children it always seems to me to be a clash of generations.
