JC failed to answer the main question in regards Brexit despite being asked repeatedly, but I'd agree that the whole programme was dreadful, the exception being Julie Etchingham who I thought did a great job
She didnt let anything breath, its not possible to hold a proper debate in that format.Helicopter123 said:

Corbyn is definitely coming across as more down to earth, humorous and empathetic. Boris is just shouty shouty shouty about Brexit - no real substance, awkward when asked about anything other than Brexit.
Agree, I think Corbyn appeared quite down to earth but I don’t think any major blows landed. Boris will bd the happier. While Boris is a bit chaotic and waffley he does have passion and enthusiasm - he stuck to his message - and didn’t trip himself up - job done. I was surprised how big a cheer he got at the end.

That’s part of his problem, no fire, no passion, no enthusiasm. He’s like the old bloke next door, that wants everyone to love and can’t make a decision, he wants to please all the people all the time. When you look at some of Labours more extreme policies, I don’t believe for a moment Corbyn is driving those, he is ‘safe’ face of Labour, the least militant left.

Passion and enthusiasm? He was well trained to do nothing but focus on Corbyn's Brexit stance as he would struggle to debate the substance of any policy. While Boris is a bit chaotic and waffley he does have passion and enthusiasm - he stuck to his message - and didn’t trip himself up - job done. Close call... but Corbyn edged it.

I thought Johnson edged it, but neither dared to give numbers or specifics
Thing is Johnson can afford to play it fairly safe. Corbyn needs to do more than just edge it.May was absolutely useless in these sort of debates in 2017 and Corbyn eroded a convincing lead down to a near draw in the election. Johnson is not great but I believe he is doing enough.

Meh all bets are off when it comes to social media and emerging technologies. ALL sides are up to extremely dirty and uncharted tricks. Any depths the conservatives are now sinking to, they are only trying to keep up with what the Momentum lot have been up to for some time. The Electoral Commission are already known to be absolutely impotent in this area, they can't cope with it at all. just about their only realistic power is counting up what the various camps get caught spending and slap a few wrists (way after it mattered as well) if it crosses a spending line. There's plenty that the EC don't find out about at all that goes unpunished. and renaming a twitter account won't have a declared cost at all. Nothing will happen about it.

With only 50 odd mins and quite a few pre-prepared questions from quite a few people that needing answering from two people (JC & BJ) a time limit for providing an answer was important and that's where I thought she did a good job.

Yep, Jo Swinson is probably partying tonight. Turned out to be a shambles of a debate with the lack of time to answer anything as it was, would have been even more of a shambles had they tried to squeeze in 15 second non-answers from her and the SNP as well. The court did her a favour keeping her out of it, as it turned out!Any TV programme like the one tonight is of little value, an individual interview chaired by the likes of Andrew Neil would be of much more value, far more insightful and far more revealing.

Landlords are not entrepreneurs. They do not deserve praise. Small business owners and landlords are very different.
If they buy a wreck fix it up and turn it into liveable accommodation they have added value. Odd you think someone who has bought property through a LTD is an entrepreneur yet someone else buying the exact same property not in a LTD isn’t an entrepreneur - as you were
