Nigel Farage Launches New Brexit Party (Vol. 2)
Discussion
Of the interviews I’ve seen. Corbyn got the proper roasting he deserves. It was fantastic to watch. He went easy on Swinson probably because she’s just a joke and might start crying. Farage was certainly the most entertaining. He is good whether you like him or not.
Boris is doing himself no favours by not going for the interview.

You used the wrong word. Now you are claiming that you were doing comedy Oirish. I call BS. Why die in a ditch over every little thing? We all make mistakes.
Back on topic: well done Andrew Neil, you can paint another small swastika on your Spitfire; and well done also for the post interview take-down of Johnson At last, the sometimes supine BBC has stood up.
A Neil - "Is it ok to describe islam as a child rapist death cult?"Back on topic: well done Andrew Neil, you can paint another small swastika on your Spitfire; and well done also for the post interview take-down of Johnson At last, the sometimes supine BBC has stood up.
Nigel "I don't remember saying that...." [worried face]
A Neil - "I didn't mean you I meant one of your candidates"
Nigel [thank fck I've not been caught on tape saying that face]
Says it all.
And a magic comedy moment.
Nigel says he wants to let the people have a referendum if 5m vote for it.
A Neil - "revoke Art 50 got 6m votes".
What a total C E L T this man is.
keyboard. Have you made peepholes in your spit hood?

Is he, really? As the saying goes, haterz gunna hate anyway and he risks losing the indifferent and the well-inclined if he goofs. Doing the interview represents massive downside risk for very little potential upside.Boris is doing himself no favours by not going for the interview.
Look at Farage's interview.
He:
(i) would have converted none of the antis in any event;
(ii) but will now also have antagonised several of his own supporters; and
(iii) also made himself look uncharacteristically stupid by affecting not to be responsible for people he appointed in a 'party' run by him as a virtual dictator; and
(iv) now finds himself in the ridiculous position of denouncing people whom he had recruited precisely because they had links to the Conservative party.
None of this speaks to great judgement and suggests that he is losing control of his own narrative. This from a man, like him or loathe him, who has hitherto had a reputation for making the political weather.
