How are we going to get these wonderful trade deals when Boris has insulted all the countries and leaders we need to get them from?

Oh that's right, he has already offered them higher medicine prices and lower food standards to sweeten the deal!
All of them? Really? OK, well if you say so.

I presume you have some evidence to support your claims regarding offering higher med prices? You really should have shared that evidence with your dear leader, because the stuff he did come up with (supplied by the Russians) didn't cut it.

Now, let's talk food standards... What exactly is your point here?

Surely your hero Corbyn will be in charge tomorrow so Boris won't be doing any deals?

Have Labour given up already?

A load of baloney isn't it?

As for food standards. I wonder how many people have gone to the States before and said "Oh they do great (chicken) wings". Now suddenly chlorinated chicken is an issue....

The funny thing about this is that those who hate her, who hound her on Twitter and will have been reporting this in the droves are Labour activists and voters. Instead of sharing this and urging people to get out and vote Labour they just went into full on attack mode, reporting her to whoever they could! They were handed a fantastic bit of inside knowledge that could have been spun to fk and they went the other way!

Thought it might happen.

Press have been disrupted, kept at arms length and been played this election. Wonder what the fallout will be.

Have you seen the range of food available today? You can buy Wagu beef to reconstituted 'animal' trimmings which is pretty close to dog food. If you don't like a particular offering, here's a novel idea, don't buy it. There are 100s of foods available from main supermarkets which are very bad for you.

The facts are that Chlorinated(washed) chicken is harmless because to get even close to a harmful amount (raw and we don't eat raw chicken) you have to consume 4000g daily. The real issue is that chlorine is used to counter poorer animal welfare standards. My source: The Adam Smith Instute which is ever so slightly more credible that Momentum loons smileSo wrong about food. There is no evidence drug prices would rise.

You are simply spouting the Labour doctrine. All based on faith.

Quick, you have 9.5 hours to save the NHS

The flip side of that, along with the Tory lead and the weather, may mean people won't bother turning out to vote for the Tories.

It's going to be interesting...

They may have learnt from not turning out for the referendum, and be incentivised by the Tory lead.

We'll find out soon enough. smile

I’m far more concerned about the Tories’ intentions for the NHS than treating chicken meat...

Whilst she may have committed an offence by mentioning it, she's only saying what people are telling her. And it's not "proof" so I don't see it as a big thing really.

Mixed bag I think. The US want a lot, I expect they want to tie up contracts with lots of tie ins. especially in patents and drugs we do not use.

Boris wants deals and says they are easy. The US want a lot of our market and I rather suspect want to tie us up legally into other things. I don't know the ins and outs of extradition to the US, until I find out a bit more of that, worried there as well.

Time will tell. Boris set 100 days to set his plans in motion.

Unlike the oldies.

The last time we had a general election in December was way back in 1923 so no social media influence, just messenger pigeon or twopenny post. The weather involved below average temperatures, fog and some snow, yet turnout was over 70%.

65+ turnout is typically high e.g. 78% and sheer numbers in each age bracket favour the Conservatives.

As above, turnout can be spun anywhichway.

They're not counted beforehand - it even says that in the linked article.

You'd think she'd have learned to think before commenting, especially after the Hancock 'assault' incident.
