Thanks to Camerons judgmental error your economy will suffer for at least the next decade.
If I was a betting man, I would take that bet.

The ageists thought the cold, the damp and the continuous rain today would stop the oldies going out and voting.

If I had to choose between Jeremy Corbyn and something, or basically anything else...

I would choose that anyhing else as well.

I did enjoy Andrew Neil talking to McDonnell on the BBC around 10.15pm, and pointing out that if this exit poll result is correct (and I guess the size of the majority), then according to history, Labour has not just lost this election, but the 2024 one as well ...

She asked what for, I told her there was a general election today and said she didn’t know about it.
wow...strange to think that there are people who are not aware
Had a similar discussion with a mate at coffee this morning but he is Turkish and we are in Paris.
He did say that he knew it was on but not today

Tell ya country is in ruins.

STUDENTS dont even want all the free st he was offering.

The dole bludgers of this country dont even want all the free st he was offering.

Questions need to be answered let me tell ya.

Anyway on a lighter note, Corbyn "should" resign before dinner tomorrow before the pitch forks are out for him.
We rarely discuss politics at home as both myself and the wife have differing views, however at the dinner table (yes we are one of the rare families who still eat together when possible) a couple of weeks ago we were touching a bit on the up coming election and my 20yo uni student daughter piped up "he's promising all this stuff however how is it actually going to be paid for?" I was shocked as she'd never shown an interest before.

The wife this evening is shocked as according to her, Twitter and all the famous people and everyone she knows, how could Labour not be set to win! "I don't know anyone who votes Conservative!" well apart from one person very close to her but it's not talked about!

Labour held Sunderland because the BP split the vote.

Blyth Valley won by the Tories, major defeat for Labour!

BP are taking votes off Labour in those seats not the Tories.

As a news cameraman I have had the 'pleasure' of being within a cuff of the ear of Corbyn, May and Boris many times, and I have to say that Corbyn has always come across as some weak lily livered ineffectual fella.

Why the fek, has Labour kept this absolute wker on board. They must know that he'd never win. I know I did.

Fekin crazy, put up this tt against that arrogant liar Boris and still lose big time.

I predicted that each and every time yet cleverer people than me think that keeping him as leader was a good idea.

Fek me!

Because the men with the real power in Momentum don't want to put their heads above the parapet, that's obvious. So, they push a sucker up front to represent their distasteful ideals. Fortunately they miscalculated how weak their puppet was and despite pulling the strings their master plan failed.

Mad isn’t it.

The constituency I live in has only ever been conservative, from 1885-1950 and then 1974 to present after it was restored so 110+ years. I think it’s safe to say we’re not expecting any surprises here.

A mates just commented on bookface saying that its fair to say if the figures are anything like what they are predicting the you have to say the country has spoken well and truly.

Spot on that. Corbyn is toxic. He has pretty much zero personality and absolutely no charisma.
If Labour are so weak/ deluded that they cannot see that and oust him they do not deserve to be in power anyway.
Unfortunately there was/ is a Corbyn cult within Labour but he was never going to be PM.
Say what you like about Blair but he had charisma.
If Labour had someone like him then I suspect the result would have been very different.
