V12 Lusso - Enough Power? Is the Power to Weight Enough?

Guys I am on the verge of pulling the trigger on a 2019 Nero Daytona on Cream GTC4 Lusso.
One thing I haven’t been able to do is really push the car in a test drive due to traffic and poor weather. Tomorrow it is likely raining again and is my last chance to test drive again before buying her.
How would you describe/compare the acceleration? What cars are quite similar?
Anyone felt it needs more power? I have driven the Ferrari 612 and found it underwhelming but the engine was smaller than the Lusso.
This is a street car I know, but I do want to make sure 514lb ft of torque is enough for such a heavy car to really give a thrilling sense of acceleration to accompany that screaming V12.
My recent cars have been Porsches (GT3 Touring, 3RS, 2RS and Speedster) all of which had plenty of oumph for the street, infact the 2RS was too much oumph for the street in my opinion.
All the 4.0 cars had roughly 50 less torque than the V12, but weighed much less and I loved their sound. The engine, 9k redline and agility made me really enjoy all of them.

Surely there's no rush? Just wait until the weather improves, you'll need a willing salesman mind!

I had a test drive in a V12 Lusso and if anything its too bloody fast The other point is the delivery of said performance is very satisfying due to the instant NA V12 6.3L engine..The engine has more character than any Turbo i've driven.Surely there's no rush? as a comparison to a Porsche, my FF felt a little (but not hugely so) slower than my 997 GT2 at 200 kph plus, it gets to say 280 reasonably swiftly - I have not driven it in excess of 300 kph, so not sure how accelerative it still is at that speed up to the topspeed (which I assume must be about 350 on the speedo given the 335 max speed quoted)

I must say the Ferrari interior design is second to none. and that V12! No other proper 4 seater comes close.
I own a 720S Performance and a V12 Lusso.
I wouldn't describe the Lusso as "bonkers fast" myself, but it is *plenty* quick, and you won't feel it lacks grunt.
Smooth continuous power rather than neck-snapping continuous power, as in 720S. More than enough for a GT car, and it puts it down well, unlike others (e.g. DBS Superleggera).
You might wish to consider an exhaust mod though, to unleash the sound of the V12. Feels a shame to have a Ferrari V12 that's been muted.
