I saw something about this, however surely this is simply the same issue with Greta - a child who has no actual knowledge on the subject and thus is neither expert nor educated on the matter. Which then begs the question as to why anyone should pay any attention to what they say..
Greta's role is just to point to the evidence that's already out there. There's no need for her to come up with new stuff.
Really? Why doesn't she stick to doing just that then?
Does she or doesn't she provide new evidence - I'm confused now.

Another thread for the permanently angry to rail on just when we thought Brexit would make them happy.

Work published on “anti-Islamisation” blog, links to the AfD.

I can see why you'd like her.

Crack on hehe

It seems there is now a right wing alternative to Greta:

Unlike the real Greta this one is financially supported by a right wing lobbying group (the Heartland Institute) and has links to far right organisations (Young AfD) and it seems her mother has links to the far right too.

Will we see a thread with hundreds of pages on here that accuse her of being a puppet, with memes about her odd appearance and age?
Still trying I see.

Her youtube videos were posted before Heartland or anyone else took an interest in her, so your comments about her being financed by them are strawman arguments...which is to be expected of you really.

Have you listened to any of her comments? Or just the usual ad hom garbage?

And just exactly who funds Saint Greta on her global expeditions to save the world ?

What links do Greta’s parents have ?

Who are they affiliated too ?

thumbup Wanna go into the lucrative business of selling screen wipes to NP&E posters? Guaranteed to remove 99.9% of spittle and bile. *

Actually could we upsell some sort of safe space with a spittle drain in the floor and padded walls?

.* May not remove images of big scary Greta or any other of the thousands of different groups that offend you.

We're not angry, or scared of greta, we are exasperated that fellow humans can be so unutterably stupid and so hypnotised into believing that we are causing bad climate change.

The climate is changing, it always has and hopefully always will. Its not down to us and our tiny co2 emissions.

This all really got going with Michael Mann's hockey stick and that has been proven as blatant lies, I pretty sure he's been ordered to provide his data but won't.

Climategate, hide the decline. Many predictions that have simply not happened and many "x days to save the world" statements.

You bunch of sad bds.

A mirror image in that case.
With the 'real Greta' being far left wing supported by far left wing financers with links to far left organisations (XR etc). And whereby her parents are far left antifa supporters.
With this anti-Greta being a mirror image of the 'real Greta' I would hope similar comments and opinions would flow.

But it only highlights that using the young to put forward political agendas is indeed puppetry at its best. And I think that may be the point with this anti far left wing newcomer.

“To embrace the possibilities of tomorrow we must reject the perennial prophets of doom and their predictions of the apocalypse. They are the heirs of yesterday’s foolish fortune tellers.”

When Donald Trump starts talking more sense than you do you know you've lost the audience and the argument.

Point proven. Well done.

No sensible argument, no attempt to change our minds, nothing in fact to further the discussion just yet more childish stuff to deflect and show me in a bad way as an angry gammon or something.

st like this re-enforces our position you know.

A question doesn't require evidence to be valid.

Another person too young to really know or understand whatever it is she's prattling on about....she'll be the same as Greta, get her off script and there'll be nothing there.

I'll stick to the scientists I think. You know those with the knowledge and understanding of whats going on. Instead of emotionally charged preaching.

After moving on from defending the tobaco industry are now using the same tactics and behind much of the anti AGW science blogs and online propaganda

A question has no validity. A question proves nothing.

Given the amount of attention the Thunberg family gets, I'd have thought that any evidence of shadowy links or dodgy deals would have been discovered and laid out for scrutiny by now.

This is being conveniently ignored by the anti Greta lot. They haven't got a jot of self awareness.

To point out again for the hard of thinking faith members, this girl was posting her videos and such BEFORE Heartland or anyone else chose to step in.

Which I believe is much like Greta, which you lot want to defend as if she's an actual holy person.
