I think the debate for me at least has run its course and the BLM movement has morphed in to the typical antifa far-left agenda with its usual racist attitudes to whites and Jews which are not going to solve anything, but rather create further divisions in society based on racism.
I wish there were other leaders apart from Trump who have the guts to say "enough is enough". Its now clearly a far-left movement intent on destroying society in favour of anarchy and the ongoing anti-capitalist agenda.
I reckon this whole debacle is about to reach full circle. There seems to be an increasing number of people of non-white ethnicity*, who can apparently think for themselves, don't have an image to sell & are opposed to the emperor's latest wardrobe. But as the statement "black lives matter" is a strap line spouted to 'solve racism', the strap line "white lives don't matter" is apparently also to be promoted. Johnson has stated he wouldn't take a knee, as has Raab. Funny, I was just watching Michael Holding's speech.The thing that stood out is Lewis Howard Latimer inventing the carbon filament bulb (which he did alongside Joseph Nichols) so unless they're both black then he's doing the opposite of whitewashing.
By all means give the inventor the credit he deserves but imagine history having been re-rewritten a century down the line. Political correctness doesn't necessarily equate to the truth.
