Crittall Shower Screen

I'm coming to the end of a shower room refurb in our house.
The final bit is the shower screen. The original idea was a Crittall style screen, but I'm in two minds since I can't find anywhere outside London that can make custom sizes of high quality. May have to go with clear glass.
I knocked up a template as shown below and the measurements are 1800mm x 900mm.
Does anyone know a company that can make this in the Northwest?

I googled the style and they look just like your knock up. I didn't even know it existed.

I thought you had just drawn an outline in Paint on first glance.

Just fit a fakey like any sane person. Hudson Reed or suchlike.
