The point is the length of time is not down to you to decide, he did it for the length of time required.

I'm sure it had been established in this thread that this was through a charity who selected an appropriate candidate.

Not sure which other 'authorities' would be responsible. It's not like the council are paying Lineker to house a refugee in a bedsit.
