That's just centrist to some on this thread.
That's just an argument for the anti-anti-racists to use to excuse their booing.
Pathetic primary school playground remark. I still don’t get what you signalling clowns get out of this intrusion into a sporting event. Not the respect of the black community, most don’t care, they know it won’t improve thier lot in life. The middle class goons who went to the blm demos in the parks, a day in the sunshine, I can’t see them giving up their jobs/ white supremacist patriarchal opportunities any time soon.

I don't get anything out of it.

The players have chosen to do it and both they and the manager and the FA have explained why they're doing it.

Keep in mind many of the players doing this are also part of the "black community".

If you don't support them in that it's absolutely fine just don't call them liars and boo them for it.

It's not difficult.

Thanks, but sometime the childish remarks hit the mark quite nicely.

Oh, I don't know, perhaps letting those Black players know that they don't stand alone, that the racists are a small vocal group, and that most people support them and are unwilling to brush racism under the carpet is important. Everyone knows that the act of kneeling won't make a change today/tomorrow or next week to most black peoples lives, but it will bring step by step societal change which might mean we have a proper colour blind society in 30 years time.

What does booing signal? Racist virtue signalling? Stick to throwing bananas on the pitch.

Squirrel! Standing up against racism doesn't mean that white people have to give up their jobs or lose out, it just means that you treat all people with respect and ensure equal opportunities for all.

I was watching a Boy George documentary on Friday night and they were showing images of NF/racists from the 70's. I often wondered what happened to all those people, then realised that they were likely still here, 60-70 years old now, posting their racist bks on PH and booing at England players.

You’d have made a good primary school teacher with your posturing tone. Who’s calling anyone a liar. I haven’t seen many black players with much to say about black gangs, or absenteeism of black fathers etc. Apart from Marcus rashford saying ‘give us more money’, which doesn’t take much skill set. If he wanted to improve things he could have made a campaign shaming absent black fathers.

Yes, every one of them is on here to a man. How many black people do you actually know? Go to many black/ mixed ‘poorer’ areas? I do, and believe me it ain’t pretty. Of course white people have got to lose jobs to make space , blm is factually right about that, it’s the old boy network that keeps things as they are, are you saying you don’t see that? ‘Standing up’ to racism stood in a park yeah you keep doing that. The holier than thou attitude of people like yourself is nauseating to be fair, if people are booing, they are booing at goons like you, who are having thier moment in the sun telling everyone if you don’t kneel you’re a racist.

64 pages of people claiming that the players are all secret marxists who are making it up when they say they just don't want banana and monkey emojis sent to them or their mates when their real aim is to bring down our very way of life (whatever that crap actually means) is a small clue.

Give me 64 pages of mostly white men getting as angry about the banana and monkey emojis as they do at people standing against it and I might start to think people had their priorities right.

And why should Rashford run "a campaign shaming absent black fathers" anyway?

The lad's done more to promote children's causes this past year than the Government which is why he got an MBE for it.

Because the racist thickos like Mark can only get so far with dog whistles before showing their true nature.

Why shouldn’t he run a campaign that’s pertinent to his upbringing? The escape route into football only exists for those gifted. It’s a vanishingly small opportunity.

He did run a successful campaign that’s pertinent to his upbringing, did you miss it?

He has done.
Your previous post was a gross misrepresentation of what he's been doing, which you would know if you had any interest in the truth of the matter.

I was referring to absent black fathers.. this wasn’t mentioned at all in his media campaign re school meals.

Marcus Rashford is a strange person for some to make a bogey man out of.

Born into a working class environment, made something of himself and is now using his position to raise awareness and helping disadvantaged kids.

He should be admired not derided as some do on here.

Why would he mention it?

The ethnicity of the parents wasn’t relevant to that specific campaign.

He ran a campaign very pertinent to his upbringing where he was full of praise for his mother and the job she'd done in what sounded like difficult circumstances.

He was made an MBE for it.

You think he should have focused on absent black fathers which is fair enough that's your opinion.

But my opinion is that even if he'd done that we'd still be here discussing why it's OK for people to boo a lad because he's fed up of receiving banana and monkey emojis.

Like I said if people spent as much time moaning about that as they do the form of protest they've chosen and I might have a bit more time for it.

There is a mass ignorance of who and what football fans actually are. They are not all familys having a nice day out. It is the sport of the yobbos of society that will never change. And that goes for every football team.
