So what is the High Court order that the LA was referring to repeatedly in his answers? Where can it be found/

It can’t. There is the Scottish equivalent of a super injunction (interdict?) which prevents anyone knowing the subject or contents of the high court order.

Wings has suggested Sky accidentally bumped into it when investigating back in January which is why their report anonymised the subject. Who knows? Wings is currently conspiracy central as Sturgeon alleges.

Whichever way, there is one in effect as Wolffe (thanks for the correction hidetheelephants: bloody iPhone keeps on autocorrecting) alluded to. It relates to someone who needs to be anonymous for whatever reason. Otherwise everyone’s guess is as good as well... anyone’s.

You can see why David Cameron wanted them overhauled after the Giggs case.

That doesn't explain why they're only making the SG redact their copy, not taking every other website to court for contempt, does it? And they've just shone a spotlight on which name needs to be anonymouse...

What the hell is going on? Is there a super injunction? And if so who does it benefit salmond or sturgeon? (Even if that wasn’t its intention)

As far as I can tell Dorrian cleared it for review. The crown office is not acting against publishers (though again Wings believes if he posted it the police *would* come knocking as they could just shut him down whereas the speccy has more clout).
What the crown office is doing is removing it from consideration by the committee.
I do wonder whether they are concerned Salmond might go off piste when he gives evidence.

But you are right: the whole fiasco looks pathetic from outside of the Holyrood bubble (incidentally Holyrood auto corrects to Hokey Roof. Too right).

Right now it benefits Sturgeon as 5 key paragraphs including references to meetings which included Salmond’s chief of staff, Aberdein, are excised and therefore Salmond’ cannot prove his allegation of NS having been aware of allegations on a timeline that she has denied she was aware of.

If he can get those included (somehow circumventing the High court order) he will be shown to be correct and she will have lied to parliament and therefore has to resign. In theory.

However as there is this high court order in play who knows.

It’s why this is all kicking off. God that’s a horrible summary. Will try and retro edit into English.

The scuttlebutt on wingnut central and face paint Twitter appears to be suggesting that Salmond (and maybe others, Cherry?) maybe about to bail in next couple of weeks to AFI or one of the other newbie Indy start ups in advance of May elections.

I suspect things are about to get very messy. Peoples Judean Front Style.

The paragraph itself doesn't identify a complainant as such.

Suppose there is a court order saying, 'Jane Bloggs cannot be identified as a complainant'.

Person A publishes a statement saying 'Jane Bloggs was at a meeting'.

Person B says 'You can't say that it identifies a complainant'.

Surely it's person B who is breaking the court order not person A,

Standard issue cybernat onslaught there, designed to shut down any discussion or debate that is critical of the Dear Leader. Cult-like behaviour, tacitly endorsed and encouraged by SNP central office. There are literally hundreds, if not thousands, of short tenure accounts with five or fewer followers, who invariably pile on to any thread from someone marginally right of centre that dares to be critical of the cult[ party. It's both troubling and disturbing, stifles debate and proper scrutiny of the government. Joseph Stalin would be impressed by these latter day nomenklatura.
