Meanwhile a GOP investigation ( yes another one) has found no fraud in Michigan and has called many of the claims ludicrous, no ballot dumps, no dead people voting

Should you wish to read the article, it's here
https://www.bridgemi.com/michigan-government/gop-i...

So the only fraud found so far has been just a few and all Republicans, voting twice like Trump told them too...
You'll find the actual report here. https://misenategopcdn.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/...

As it's a public document I'll stick my neck out and quote from it. Word of the day "Blatherskite" on page 18!

Michigan Senate Oversight Committee said:
The June 11 video from Mr. DePerno also included what he concluded was dramatic evidence about
specially made ballots, sent to Republican areas, that would more frequently fail in the tabulators.
He then said such ballots would be sent to adjudication, where someone could determine them as
Biden votes, even if they were not. This pronouncement is simply more blatherskite
Just to re-iterate, Michigan senate has a Republican majority. Only one of the four committee members who produced the report is a Democrat.

Dear Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick.

Remember that $1m reward you offered if anyone could prove voter fraud. I've now sent you 9 news reports of republicans fraudulently attempting to vote, either twice or using a dead persons vote. I've yet to see any reward or indeed contact from you.

Perhaps the magic 10th republican fraudulent vote would tip the balance in my favour

The House vs trump is still ongoing over trying to get his tax returns from his accounts Mazars. The judge asked them to reach an agreement but the House lawyers said thats impossible as trump lawyers are trying to constantly delay to run down the clock on the subpoena, arguing that:
“The Court should not allow the former president to run out the clock not only on one Congress, but on two Congresses.”

The full court documents are here:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jcxH9uFxPDlgoDOR6...

This is of course the same tactic trump lawyers are trying in every other case he has open against him currently.

A debate on the critical race theory didn't go well for Gaetz when he called the military woke

Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley response

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin also ripped into Gaetz
https://youtu.be/JTEnU8fhwO8

Edit: Tucker Carlson of course continued to push this, one of his guests claimed wokeness in the military will lead to the rise of the next Hitler, another World War, firebombings in Chicago and LA and hundreds of thousands of dead Americans.

The first of the 16 oath keepers has pleaded guilty over the capitol insurrection attempt, another Florida resident

https://www.justice.gov/usao-dc/pr/florida-man-ple...

According to some reports he's trying to reduce his sentence by offering to provide evidence against the others, to testify to the grand jury, not surprising when the FBI report says "Young faces up to 20 years in prison for obstruction of Congress and up to five years in prison for conspiracy as well as three years of supervised release and a $250,000 fine."

edit: could be bad news for Roger Stone.Young was among the group that took a photo with Roger Stone, posing with Roger Stone’s books. Remember trumps pardon doesn't cover his involvement and planning behind the insurrection attempt.

alls not well in the trump family. Ivanka and Kushner are distancing themselves. Tiffany and Donald Jr posted happy father’s day wishes to Trump on social media, but Eric and Ivanka did not.

trump is also jealous of Kushners seven-figure book deal, complaining Jared is taking credit for Trump’s own accomplishments. trump is now questioning what Jared was up to while he worked in the White House and whether he was ever even loyal to him...

Well we know what Jared was doing, lining his pockets same as trump... that anonymous foreign funding, the Qatar bailout of 666 fifth avenue and the Saudi's blockaded Qatar

Given that some cheeky prick threatened to sue Top Gear years ago because the FREE car they were given wasn't the exact model they were told, I don't see why you wouldn't have a case here...

I was wondering what were trumps achievements he was claiming. Lowering taxes for the rich, being directly responsible for 600,000 us citizens dead, not getting mexico to pay for the wall and not building much of it, despite stealing military budgets for housing improvements etc to pay for it.

Lowering taxes for the rich
Imposing harsher controls at the Border
Appointment of supreme court judges
Safeguarding 5g networks from Chinese control

Those are what his supporters would consider as wins/

...or even the Hooters waitress who won a company competition promising a Toyota as a prize, and got a Toy Yoda instead. She sued their arses off. Not sure if Byker would need to get a job as a Hooters waitress though.

More DeSantis news- Florida has just signed into law a bill mandating that professors, faculty staff and students at public universities register their political views with the state as part of a drive to legally "enforce" "intellectual diversity" in education. Institutions that are judged by the Republican-led legislature to have not provided satisfactory responses being stripped or funding.

https://www.salon.com/2021/06/23/desantis-signs-bi...

Of course, it's the religious right pushing for the legislation under the guise of "intellectual diversity", when in reality their own words suggest the primary aim and interest is to preserve and maintain Christian right-wing traditionalism and orthodoxy. Next stop? Grades K-12.

Got a bit more sympathy for that one though.

Top Gear just came along out of the blue and said here's a free XYZ but it was actually an XYY.

Sentancing a trump supporter for their part in the insurrection attempt, Judge Royce Lamberth said the insurrection was a "disgrace", "utter nonsense" and addressed the fact that republicans are tring to whitewash what happened.

OAN calling for the execution of those trying to take away and affect the voting in american elections, trying to further incite and provote violence in support of trumps Big Lie.
https://twitter.com/i/status/1407925243000365057

One suspects they mean to address their fake voting claims, trumps Big Lie, but so far it's trump, his lawyers, and his supporters that are all guilty of trying to overthrow a valid election. OAN needs to think this through...
