The guy that stood with his wife in front of his house wielding an AR-15 to defend it from a bunch of BLM protestors who broke down his garden gate to gain access, is running for the senate in Missouri.

The campaign video is quite amusing:

That is a great campaign video. Wish I could vote for him.

That video is absolutely hilarious.

Typical standard-issue nauseating American trash propaganda as peddled by many Republican types.

1) Mentions 'God' about 11 million times.
2) Stirring music.
3) Makes sure his cross necklace can be seen in every shot.
4) Jeans and plaid shirt.
5) Performing 'rugged' and 'American' activities like driving a pickup and carrying a bale of hay.
6) Spout some extremely dangerous untruths about 'election integrity'.
7) Mention supporting Trump.
9) Express absolute terror about liberals and the Left.
10) Mention something utterly nonsensical about Socialism.
11) Try to sell some kind of mythical image of a 'bygone American lifestyle' that is about 40 years out of date.
12) Mention guns.

Job done I guess.

Absolutely impossible to take seriously and not laugh at the ridiculousness of it if you don't actually live there.

Broke down his garden gate? I know I'm getting old but that's not how I remember it.

Someone defending his home against protestors/rioters, and for you that's crazy?

He walks like John Wayne, he must be a tough guy, packs a good gun, wears his cross with pride and drives a fine tractor, he sure as hell gets my vote.

Plus point is that he is married to the gorgeous Carole Baskin.

The attempted prosecution is politically motivated in intimidate and thats why they are having so many problems even building a case. The case is designed to harrass McClosky and cost him time and money. No way there will be any kind of conviction. McClosky is an accomplished attorney and used his gun in a legal way that saved potential violence as the police were no where to be seen. Its pretty clear the BLM thugs broke down a gate, were on private land and threatening home owners, some were carrying weapons also. Without him there good chance these BLM thugs would have started looting like they have in so many other areas.

They seek to divide us, we're all Americans ... but I'm going to defend you from the mob, by which I mean a bunch of fellow Americans that I want to divide from the rest of "us". No hint of inconsistency there. None at all. Oh yeah, and our fellow American politicians and the rest of our fellow Americans in Washington are wkers. And our fellow Americans in big tech, finance, <insert more people who definitely aren't like me here> ... well, they're all wkers too.

Good to hear all his ideas for education, economic development, healthcare, welfare, etc, etc. It would have been silly if he'd just focused on a bunch of non-problems and conspiracy theories.

But the gun was so badly put together it wouldn't fire until the prosecution correctly put it together

We will see, as an aside have you been on here before? You style is very similar to pasts members who were American based.

I though you'd think that was a good thing? Exercising their constitutional rights, etc.

OP, it's only the Missouri state Senate, not the US Senate.

My apologies, but I’m not sure what you are talking about.

The latest I read was that the US election was secure, untampered with, and non-fraudulent.

If there has been any further developments in respect of this, I have not seen them and would be grateful if you could share the information with us.

I assume he won't be tightening up the Missouri gun laws?

https://www.usconcealedcarry.com/resources/ccw_rec...

Missouri 3rd most violent gun crime state, with St. Louis, Missouri the number murder capital of the USA.

Seems like the perfect choice, the poster boy of Missouri gun nutters.
