Oh my. I think I will need a bigger skip for the popcorn.

The biggest story ever in Scottish politics is about to break and people are going to jail. I said a couple of weeks ago that people had done some bad things and were about to get found out. Well they have been.

The crimes that were committed by the Murrells are now under investigation by the police. This is not a lie and they will end up on serious charges. The resignations of Sturgeon, Foote, Swinney, Livingstone, Lloyd are all connected. This is not anything to do with the missing money. I repeat, this is why Sturgeon resigned.

Humza Yousaf is not involved but he knows about it. He knew of the allegations before he became candidate. He agreed to offer what protection he could for Sturgeon and Murrell. Lloyd and Foote have been involved in his campaign to make sure he wins, but this has failed. They don’t have the numbers and they know the game s up. It is a short campaign to be carried out before the Murrells are bundled into the back of a police van.

The house of cards is going to collapse imminently and all those aholes who have backed who backed Humza and have eagerly joined in with his toxic campaign are going to find that there is a special place in hell reserved for them. The NEC, half of the MPs & MSPs, all the SPADs, all of the comms teams, HQ staff and every trougher have a bow wave of st coming there way shortly and there will be no life raft for them. A total reset and a total clean out.

I suspect Murrell will go in the coming days and then things could get very interesting.

Oh what a tangled web they have woven.

Indeed, and I'll admit I was purveyor of some of it, but maybe now is a good time to give my reasons.

I've said before - unequivocal evidence exists that witnesses to Alex Salmond's trial for alleged sexual assault offences perverted the course of justice, but two things have prevented this evidence being made public. The first is that witnesses and alleged victims of sexual offences are protected by anonymity in-perpetuity in Scots law even if the defender is not guilty. Craig Murray went to jail because he tested the boundaries of this law.

The second is that the (pro-indy majority) committee that led the enquiry into the botched handling of the alleged sexual misconduct refused to allow the evidence to be considered, even though it would have proved that Nicola Sturgeon and Peter Murrell had both knowingly lied under oath, hiding behind the excuse that it would identify the victims (how convenient).

I have a copy of that evidence as part of the unredacted submission by Alex Salmond's team to the enquiry. It was very briefly published by The Spectator on-line after that magazine won a legal challenge to Judge Lady Dorrian's order restricting reporting of the enquiry.

Here's a screenshot of the unredacted version (I have still blurred some of the controversial text as I don't want to follow in Craig Murray's footsteps) along with the redacted version that is easily obtained as it is in the public domain. I hope you can make out that there is text under there even if you can't read it.

There are of course other significant redactions in the document (I just posted the above as an example as proof that I wasn't making it up that I have a copy of the evidence).

Sturgeon and Murrell absolutely dodged a bullet in the aftermath of the Salmond trial and the subsequent enquiry, yet all the people involved in the cover-up (because it is a cover-up as the evidence exists) can say that they stuck to the rule-of-law (yet another example of the unintended consequences of well-intentioned but flawed legislation).

What seems to be unfolding now is that people who were previously prepared to lie/cover-up for Sturgeon and Murrell are feeling deceived and aggrieved over the membership number lies that they were previously expected to give to the media. Regan might be a PR car-crash in the leadership race but it seems her and her team are prepared to poke the sleeping bears in the party.

FM aide to quit after Regan raises concerns with civil service chief.

The biggest scandal that has existed during the SNP's time is the complete subservience displayed by the media. How and why they have stayed completely silent during a time of staggering incompetence and corruption needs an answer.
It will be interesting to see how many super injunctions ate currently in play.

I've heard there was some explosive stuff posted on FB last night contravening the law, apparently it has since been removed as one would imagine, it was however seen by a lot of people supposedly.

What a terrible thing to do, these laws were made to protect people. Shameful.

Some say the cat's out the bag and clawing away at the tangled web, all we know is she's not called The Stig.

The person named in the part you have blurred, EC, was cack-handidly identified to the world by the Crown Office as one of the "victims" in the Salmond trial after they instructed Murray to edit one of the articles on his blog; who'd have thought Waybackmachine existed eh? Said person was heavily involved in gathering evidence against Alex Salmond.

Do you think this may be related to the recent resignations?

You've missed out:

"Someone" "allegedly" pursued a malicious prosecution against a political opponent in an attempt to jail them. Two journalists went to jail "allegedly" as part of the coverup.

Just to be clear, 45% of the electorate of Scotland are okay with that. Allegedly.

If you're referring to the 2014 45%, remember that was not 45% of the Scottish electorate as it is commonly understood by ordinary people, as it was inflated by schoolchildren and foreigners that won't be voting next time round.

Could the opposition parties in Scotland have a vote of no confidence in the Government by Christ there is plenty going on just now to justify it...then the st would really hit the fan.

A snap election to get rid of them once and for all.

Bute House to close for 20 weeks of repairs.

All the skeletons to be removed from the cupboards? Exiting Narnia Pete from the wardrobe? Patio to be dug up?

And I've just seen the link to the call for Mr Murrell to stand down. It's all getting a bit of a mess isn't it.

GOOD!
