New York A.G. Letitia James has asked a judge to throw out Trump's lawsuit seeking to block her investigation into his company's finances.
"This lawsuit is nothing but a baseless and meritless collateral attack by Donald Trump to stop our legal and legitimate investigation."

Dominion Voting Systems says there's no "realistic possibility" that it would settle its $1.3 billion defamation lawsuits with Rudy Giuliani, Mike Lindell, or Sidney Powell given the "devastating harm" they've done to the company.

meanwhile MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has said that he would "never settle" with Dominion either. This after Dominion claimed in court that all were doubling down on their lies and Lindell has refused to hand over the docs demanded in court.

Stuart Rhodes was arguing in court that he should be released on bail pending his court appearance. His lawyer claimed he was no risk, that if he was important they would have arrested him sooner, ignoring the $10k Rhodes spent on weapons on the way to the Capitol that are still unaccounted for...

He lost, he stays in jail

edit:
The ruling also made provisions for Rhodes to testify to the trump insurrection investigation

ruling is here: https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscour...

Edit2: Oh my, Rhodes ex-wife provided evidence of escape tunnels he dug in his back garden

Hell hath no fury. Stewart Rhodes’ estranged wife called the courthouse after his bail hearing to make sure he stayed locked up, (page 10)

That's not pleasant reading. Something on the previous page made me laugh, though.

"Mr. Bodine works evenings as a ride-share driver and political consultant and is, therefore, often not home in the evenings."

What a pleasant chap Mr Rhodes appears to be.
'Ms. Adams testified that she fears for her safety and the safety of her six children should Defendant be released. Ms. Adams testified that throughout their marriage, Defendant would often brandish firearms in the family home to control her behavior and that Defendant would physically abuse his children under the guise of participating in “martial arts practice.” According to Ms. Adams, Defendant would invite the children to practice martial arts when he was angry; Defendant would then hit the children and claim it was accidental. On occasion, Ms. Adams claimed that Defendant would “lose it.” Ms. Adams described one such instance where Defendant choked the couple’s daughter; the couple’s adult son intervened to forcibly remove Defendant’s grip. Ms. Adams testified that Defendant’s violence toward the family became more frequent in 2016 and that her greatest fear was that Defendant would murder Ms. Adams and the children before committing suicide.'

Future historians will have an easy life. They need to export this to a database and every time they a need a reference they can just quote the corresponding BCRN. Byker28i Catalogue Reference Number.

Pennsylvania GOP gerrymandering refused by Gov. Tom Wolf, who has vetoed a congressional map sent to him by Republican lawmakers saying it doesn't pass “the test of fundamental fairness"

Maybe they've changed their minds. After all, they fully support Law and Order so must be delighted that the Trump criminals are being brought to justice, and are hopefully livid that they bought into the lies and scams...

Magamob husband and wife Kelsey and Zachery Wilson have been in court for sentancing, having previously pled guilty to entering the capitol. They made it to Pelosi's office with the mob as staff were locked in an adjacent room and could hear them.

Kelsey has already lost her job as a teacher.

reminder the arrest docs are here:
Kelsey: https://www.justice.gov/usao-dc/case-multi-defenda...
Zachery: https://www.justice.gov/usao-dc/case-multi-defenda...

Judge Mehta said: "I think you're decent hardworking Americans who got caught up. I think of your two children, 8 and 6, and difficulty of telling them why mom and dad are in trouble with the law."
Kelsey had cried in court and said she'd lose her kids if both parents went to jail...

45 days home detention for Zachery and 30 days home detention for Kelsey. Lucky...

To be honest, as much as I want Trump to spend the rest of his days inside, I’m wondering whether I may get more epicaricacy from Gaetz ending his on a segregated wing….

If Trump does end up bankrupt is he actually able to live permanently in Maralago?

There was a limitation on that property that restricted the amount of time it could be stayed in.
