The series nobody asked for.

However looking at the trailer it's almost film like quality/production and Tony Gilroy is a great writer.

Almost excited for it now.

The Colour Palate is very Rogue One. That is indeed a good thing! 😎

Looks good! Nice to see that in the galaxy far far away they have decided to set a series on a planet that’s not Tattoine!

That looks great, I can't wait. A few actors I recognised too.

Looks like S2 has been greenlit already.

It could be a surprise hit. I thought that Rogue One was by far the best of the Disney Starwars movies and Andor was an interesting character, with a lot of possibility. However, killing him off at the end kind of soured that possibility for me.

The problem with the Disney Starwars TV shows is that they are literally all prequels and we know where things are going, broadly speaking. When they do come up with completely new main characters, we know that they don't feature in the future.

On the other hand, the 'SW Universe' was so thoroughly trashed by the sequel trilogy (IMO) that there is likely very little public interest in seeing shows set after it. Maybe setting stuff in 'The Old Republic' would be the best idea as it's set so far in the past that we don't expect it to have a direct bearing or relationship to the main SW storyline.

Have got less than zero interest in this, though I did say that about The Mandalorian too and I absolutely loved that, so...

Agreed. Rogue One is up there with ESB as one of my favourite Star Wars films because it made
by people who ‘get’ it!

Trailer looks great…. and some serious character actors on board…. Stellan Skarsgard being one.

And if they ever need a pitch perfect Mon Mothma then Fiona Shaw is the actor to do it

As terrible as it is to say and I hate myself for it, I think Rogue One was the best Star Wars movie full stop. It may be my age and just the thrill of how it all died into "A New Hope" but I think it pips A New Hope to the No.1 spot ...

This looks like one I will be watching too................ Obi Wan was a touch disappointing thus far I am hoping it will improve..... And another season of the Mandalorian won't hurt either....

It could have been even better though. IMO The first half was horribly jumbled and jumped around all over the place - I'm guessing that's where a lot of the reshoots/changes were made - and it only really came together when they got to Scarif where it became pretty epic.
