Fiesta ST Start/Stop

Sorry if this has been posted before.
Just purchased a Fiesta ST Edition and the start stop was not working. I found a reset video on Google and it worked
Turn on the ignition (engine not running)
Turn on the headlights (not auto)
Flash headlights 5 times
Press the brake pedal 3 times
Watch for the battery light on the dash to flash
Once on constant the Battery Monitoring Sensor should be reset.

It most likely not working because the battery doesnt have enough charge.
A long drive will sort it.

Has it got a Robart battery fitted?

Ford has had to replace quite a few.

It wont work unless the battery has enough power.

The battery is in good condition and has a full charge. Start/stop working fine since I did the reset.
