Turkey Holiday - Alanya suggestions please

Sorry for the wrong heading, Not Alanya, but Antalya.

We have been to Marmaris a few times, now interested in Antalya.

So looking for suggestions where in Antalya this middle of September after schools go back.

We don't go all inclusive.
We prefer bed and breakfast.
Gives more opportunity to try the many restaurants.

We would generally only go to a 3 star.
2 star is too rubbish, 4 star is too expensive,
A beach front hotel, or one a few minutes walk to the beach would be great
