But he does speak to the policeman in the clip - being blind in one eye, and partially blind in the other eye, I think that that is acceptable.

It does look like a simple mistake, and I would easily ignore it as such if not for the fact that the policeman in question was black. Quite clearly, Winky Mcfknut is not only a lumbering one eyed Scottish cretin, but incredibly racist as well.
