Mr Venables is clearly well past the line where he can be treated as a normal person.

He should be dead.

But as the justice system can't kill him, it should have provision to lock him up forever in a Broadmoor type institution.

I know. It's a fatal personality flaw (amongst many others!)...

BUT, I am hoping that Cameron WILL be a bit of a breath of fresh air and will have some morals and standards and seek to uphold them. He has gotten rid of a couple of people which is in his favour.
