for Sarnie - Found the only provider in the uk who would lend to an expat without being in-country, put up with my constant pestering with answers at all times of night holidays and weekends.
It was by far from the most straightforward set of circumstances and despite having to pay a higher rate for the privilege, to finally get the keys yesterday made it all worthwhile.

Another resounding recommendation for Sarnie.
The guy works like a Trojan and was able to get us a mortgage where others couldn't. He's worth every penny and as has been said before, he has your back when going through the process and just makes things 100 times easier than my experiences elsewhere
