Seems well spec'd, has a warranty and really good price, is there something I am missing?

GTS for me needs the GTS pack which this is missing.

wrong steering wheel ie needs paddles.

And it's higher miles for the age. AVE Porker miles are 8k PA and prices are based on that.
Pano roofs never worked 100% on the 991 cars :-( I love them but they creak and it will annoy.

the dates don't add up either, it's an 04-15 car not a 06-16 car !

"The car was supplied approved used in June 2016 by Porsche Main Dealer and has warranty to April 2018"

Scottish car also means bad winters loads of salt, It's rare to see a mint Scottish car if it's full winter use I am always disappointed with Scottish cars classed as mint :-( so much so I tend to avoid them having looked at many and leave empty handed, same goes for London based cars, never seen a nice one !

It does look quite cheap doesn't it, even with 22k on it.

It does have alcantara delete and the "wrong" steering wheel (buttons not paddles) which are desirable in the GTS.

Check who the first owner was, I would suspect it's an ex-demo as dealers seem keen to delete the alcantara on demos, not sure why! Ex-demo isn't an issue for me, my station car is an ex demo and it saved me ££'s.

Steering wheel would be about £1200 from an OPC to replace/fit. I think it's cheap personally. Makes you wonder what the dealer paid for it! Or maybe it's SOR.

Sorry but your post is utter garbage. I have a sunroof in my GTS and it doesn't creak. Also the car was sold USED in 2016 not new.

Finally I live in Scotland and the winters don't mean the car isn't it in good condition. You have heard of detailing haven't you?

For the money seems like a bargain even if the mileage is high. Credit to the previous owner for using it as intended.

You truly are a moron. You think people in Scotland don't have garages and enough money to run a second car? Idiot.

I wouldn't be surprised to see that pop up somewhere else for £10k more.

Shame it's gone. I don't think the lack of the interior pack was a biggie, it had the leather dash which is good enough.

I think the mileage would become a problem over time. You're only a few fun months away from 30k and that's got to hit desirability a bit - even though it shouldn't.

it's a 22k mile car so I would say used all round, I can only go fgom looking at many many Cars from Scottish area only to find they are a bit more used looking, So not really a moron quote, just findings after buying about 70 cars to date, every time I look at one in Scotland or London they are worse for wear over cars based in other area's

It goes without saying Scotland has much colder and worse climate than a car in the midlands, detailing don't help either, I am talking what under the car and the shocks, springs, arms etc.

Can't believe I'm actually replying to this but your post leaves me speechless. I lived in manchester for 4 years and on average it rained a lot more than it does in Scotland. Sorry mancunians. Still wouldn't put me off buying a car from the manchester area.

They do look a bit expensive when a GT4 is cheaper for a sports car and the new GTS much nicer as a GT car.

I think they're are just a lot around because of people selling to buy their new 991.2 GTS. Decent time to buy one as there are some very high spec cars around.

Mmmm, I've been watching 991 GTS prices and ignoring the odd overpriced example I think they are generally quite good value. It's a pretty car, fast, and probably the best 4 seater NA non-gt 911 yet. You can also be confident residuals will remain strong whereas who knows with the GT4 long term. I would take a 991 GTS (PDK) over a GT4 today - much prefer the 911 shape and preference is PDK over manual. And I'd always take the NA 991.1 over a 991.2.
