Streetlight cover fell off and damaged my car...

Had my car parked on the street out the front of my grandparents house when a cover from a streetlight fell off and hit my car. Noticed it lying beside my front right wheel when I went to get into the car and had a look for damage. Deep scoring/scrapes on the front window and a few chips and a dent on the bonnet just where the window meets the bonnet.

I live in Northern Ireland.

Who do I phone/where do I go about claiming for the damage? Or, is there even any avenue to go down or do I have to just suck it up and pay for it myself?

Pretty pissed off. Have had the car less than a month and someone has already hit me in a carpark and now this.

DOE NI Infrastructure are responsible for streetlighting.

That's great, thank you. Was worried that they wouldn't offer compensation at all! I've also reported it to be fixed too.
