Hi all,

As above, any recommendations for financing a car through a broker ?

I'm currently in the market for F10 M5 but dealers are offering scandalous APR.

My budget is between £43-£45k less deposit roughly 20% and hoping to achieve under £500/ month.

Would be really helpful if you could list here or PM.

Many thanks

Performance car finance get decent reviews on the Porsche forums, they seem to beat the dealers on apr and balloon payments, not sure if they work on used cars though.

If you bank with Halifax, they do a low apr PCP finance offer, I don't know about other banks but I'd assume many of them are the same.

Edited: realised this was a used car, adjusted answer.

Try Davis Moss at Oracle Finance - david.moss@oraclefinance.co.uk

I have no connection other than he has always been brilliant whenever I have required financing and he knows is stuff about the motors themselves too.

Or push BMW on the rate, they will negotiate. I have just been offered 6.5% on a BMW Select F10 M5.

Tell them you want to keep all of the deal in one place for ease, but to do so, they need to match the market rates. Worked for me.

Or get a bank loan at 3.5% or less? Cheapest way to finance a car surely..
