I know there are some HL customers on here. Have any of you managed to get a more favourable management fee from them? If so how did you do it? What did you get?
I have a few quid invested with these guys - SIPP, shares and ISAs. Never considered trying to negotiate but my financial adviser is strongly advising me to create my own own SSAS instead.
ive tried over the phone twice to negotiate with them over fees. But told no go. I think the best chance is to move money away from them and then see how keen they are to keep it. I like the service so haven't gone there yet.
