Santander 123 interest and cashback payments

I've just noticed that these have not been paid this month. They usually come through on the 15th. Anyone else?

Mine gets paid on the 27th (interest) and 29th (cashback) and was fine last month.

The date depends on when you opened / converted your account.

Mine have been paid fine, 2 Santander 123 accounts

Mine got paid on the 20th so a bit early for this months yet. I guess when you get them might relate to when you opened the account?

Have you checked that 2 DDs were paid and £500 went into the account?

Yes, that was the first thing I checked as I've fallen foul of that before. I'd better give them a ring and see what's going on.

Two DDs don't need to be paid. They just need to be 'active' ie a payment in the last 13 months.

Mine usually appear on the 16th of the month - but nothing so far today.

Mine went in at the end of the month, usually show as the last items of the month

I've just checked and my interest has been credited (and their fee debited) today, but the cashback has not shown up yet.
