O/T GRP Roofer from here

Sorry for a complete O/T, but I remember there used to be a guy amongst us that did roofing, based Midlands (? Guessing).

I used to be friends with him on Facebook, but then deleted my account long time ago, and now I seem to need someone recommended that does GRP roofing.

Any clues anyone?

If its the guy I think you mean, yes he was on this forum he's near me and I used him for a roofing job. He sounded genuine but the job was a complete f**k up from start to finish. Definitely wouldn't recommend him!!!
