This might not be the right place for this, so I apologise if I've gotten it wrong.

Over the weekend I was sat down to start my filling in my Self Assessment. It's fairly easy for me, as I'm PAYE and just declaring the few hundred quid I earn a year from looking after websites for 2 or 3 people. I do it in January every year, and never had a problem. Part of this process involved me using the Experian verify service. I do this every year.

However, this year it seems Experian is broken. For me at least. The issue arose when it came to asking for my passport details. I don't own a UK passport, I never had owned a UK passport, I've only ever had an Irish passport. And, like I said, every year I've used Experian this hasn't been a problem.

However, I enter the details for it, and it comes back saying my details don't match the details held by the Home Office (or whoever looks after the UK Passports). That's a little obvious! But it just then basically kicked me out to protect me from fraud? I've absolutely no idea what went on, and there wasn't exactly anywhere on the site to report it as a problem.

Has anyone else found this issue? I'm going to try it again tonight to see if I can log in.

Ages ago I logged into it to change my address (just after I moved) and it kicked me out for fraud and I haven’t been let back in. I couldn’t be bothered to do anything about it so I assume that’s how it remains
