CPX has taken a bump today on an RNS to prelim results end of the month. It's been a hard share to stay in given it fall from last summers peak, but I'm very confident even though I'm 15% on my average. It was last years results plus some advanced sales stuff which lit the blue touch paper under the firm last year and this years noises are even more hopefull.

MTFB agm has been and there are some very positive posts on he LSE bb by a guy who was there, the wait continues...

My Micron gamble seems to be paying off, after a few scares when it kept sinking - up 23% on a x10 CFD and earnings expected to be good after the market closes. Better not do an elegant swan dive tomorrow at 2:30pm, like it has done before...

The markets are unreal. I never thought AMZN, FB, NFLX, NVDA etc would be at these levels.

Has anyone thought about investing in Spotify as it went on the NY stock exchange last month and seems to be a pretty safe bet to get a yield?
Yes, I bought Spotify the day they launched. Nicely up since then.

If they can figure out original content (like Netflix) then I can see it being several multiples higher than where it is. It is a touch speculative, but I think big potential.

My MU position up 27% after hours - took a bit of a dive on the figures as it often does, then the CEO's guidance for next quarter bounced it right back up again. Will be watching the premarket closely in preparation for a leap or a dive once the market opens!
I've actually taken a half day to keep an eye on it, as the computers at work are so slow... biggrin

You are right, a lot of youngsters are leaving Facebook... but they are going to Instagram... also owned by Facebook.

They have an ultimate hold on social media. Buying instagram now looks like a bargain.

Twitter remains pretty static on its active users and the only other credible rival was snapshot, which is seen usage fall off a cliff and stock at an all-time low.

Facebook (and its subsidiaries) have it sewn up, nothing will touch it for social media in the near term future.

I've followed CEY for a long time and invested and made on it a few years (!) ago - but, though I like it, I don't feel now's the right time to go in - one to keep a close eye on though...…...
Another bad quarter, 25% down on production, sharp drop in share price. Is it time to have a little gamble...

US tech stocks keep climbing. All seem to be up another couple of percent today. Anyone know why?

Agreed - just looks like another basket case AIM share to me. <£7m market cap.
