Last night I was on hold for 1hr 40min before becoming bored and giving up.

I am on hold now and have been for 20 minutes.

Anyone else having the same issues?

Not been so impressed with this lot lately, thinking about a switch but not sure if I'd see improvement or if they're all the same.

But, in answer to your question, I called them yesterday and got straight through.
Just your luck at the time I guess?

We are road testing Barclays. So far not a happy experience and the account is not even open yet.
