Aa. Have pulled the trading update due on 11th

I've been out or I would have topped up earlier this morning. I'll keep an eye on it.

I am intrigued as to how these shorts, circa 9% total, are going to close out. They're going to be climbing over each other to get out.
The US opening date looks like an obvious milestone but who knows.
I doubt they are worried if they believe it's a zero

Perhaps, they appear to be playing their role in trying to make it happen.

It's interesting that the results appear to have been delayed (looking at when previous years' have been issued).

Interesting that the main focus of the statement was the all cash offer - although maybe I’m seeing that as the main focus as I don’t want to think about a rights issue smile

Already starting to wonder what I can invest in with the proceeds... maybe top up on CINE, RBG, IDP or Boo..

Still hope we get 40p, don't see much more that that at the minute.

30 paid.

The graph shows the trend is there. Hoping for some madness once it crosses 32.

30.25 paid.

It made it! Hopefully some ‘leaks’ over the weekend about the bids and this will bounce higher.

I am holding Babcock but how low can it go? It must be oversold on the basis that it isnt paying a dividend and their contracts are proving a bit more expensive to operate under Covid conditions. But the underlying business must be secure so I would have thought that it will recover as and when they announce a dividend again.

Augean going well for me and could surprise if HMRC ruling goes in their favour. There was a funny flicker on the share price this week suggesting something good might be happening.

BME looking good although I reckon it must be fully valued for now after recent rise but they have done very well under Covid.

OTOH my Kromek holding is not looking so good at the moment.

Thoughts on the best value homebuilder? Can see Crest Nicholson is down into the dumps.

They seem to have taken a dip, I know residencies, wage pressure etc. But what's your thoughts.

AA and boohoo doing well and will be offloading soon. Travel and tourism stocks is a no no with main earning season nearly over and look overvalued.

I’ve got Barrett’s which has served me well - up 22% currently and looks like it has further to go. I’ve not looked at others recently.

Have you thought about buying a brick manufacturer - IBStock looks like good value and sell off could be overdone.

AA up over 7% now... looks like the market has finally caught up with our thinking...

if it could just catch up with the thinking on - IDP, RBG, Babcock (although think we’ve all sold out?), etc..

I've got a little bit of money in Berkeley, currently showing just under 5% up on them. More of a longer term hold than a gamble though. If I read the financial statement right, they've got £1.6 billion in cash in the bank.

Who knows where the property market will go in the next 12 months but I thought they looking strong to ride things out...
