I'd agree, when a vaccine is actually starting to be rolled out.
Unemployment and housing defaults may end up being a bigger problem for the markets than coronavirus.

I sit here rocking back and forth wondering who sells after that news...
No one now, but I bet loads were hovering over the sell button if it jumped to 27:28 despite fair value now being possibly higher

Don’t they say markets tend to be ahead of news though? By the time a vaccine is being rolled out SP could already have moved somewhat.

By the time a vaccine is actually rolled out, most of the SP rises will already have happened.

Even if the market drops more, in my opinion we're still in "cheap" money territory for stocks with good fundamentals!

Each to their own, but that's my thesis.

General negative sentiment and US elections at the moment, once election done I think the hinge will rise irrespective of who wins IMHO.

Some UK share prices look good value now, I want to move into solid financials and oil as son as my riskier stuff pops up with that killer RNS.

It’s turning into a long wait

Agreed, Pete.

It seems to me that a lot of people have "invested" due to noise on twitter and the like without really having much of a clue how business works. Today's RNS was always going to be a standard half-year trading update and as we know, the six months to September were pretty much core business hit by covid while investment and R&D went on for the stuff that started happening in October and as per the last investor presentation will be firing on all cylinders by the end of the quarter i.e. close of the calendar year.

It seems that a lot of shareholders soiled themselves this morning because the retrospective review of six month trading didn't include bullish forward-looking numbers. But it wouldn't That's what this afternoon's presentation and Q&A is for. No panic here.
presentation was good so hopefully back up tomorrow. or knowing omega down but its looks good by christmas imho
Agreed. It's creeping up a little so far today but the back end of December seems to be realistic for big value to land. Colin's reference once again to "a nice Christmas present for all of us" was very good to hear!

GGP.

Its really, really good.

Not got my head around it yet and Im sure the SP will do something weird, but yeah, Im a happy chappy.
Ive had a proper read of the RNS and listened to the interview with GH this morning. TCX has nailed it (but then he's been at this game far longer than I have). Where I was going to asses my position in December after the MRE, I think thats gone out the window and I'm holding on until Mining starts in 2-3 years, or they get bought out.

Essentially Haverion keeps growing. The new drill results are outstanding. Not only have they found more gold/copper deeper, but they've found a whole new area to the East. They still haven't found the edges of any of it yet and the grades are amazing.

The MRE is confirmed to be a small part of the overall area, about a quarter which comes as no surprise really as it is the initial estimate - these grow over time. So although it does mark a huge milestone, for me now it's just a much smaller part of the greater whole.

Theye haven't even mentioned Scally yet.

I don't think GGP is a gamble at this point - its definitely (for me dyor) a long term hold - at least 2022, if not '23 when they start mining properly - by then we'll know more about all their other targets too.

I just need EUA to sell now so I can buy more!

Yeah it'll come good in the next couple of months. The fact that Colin said he was expecting MHRA approval soon gave me hope in the shorter term. If I had the spare cash I'd be buying more at current levels; absolutely no panic here!

Bit of a joke isn’t it, great news and nothing happens. Unless an RNS says we are going to be bought out cash for 10x the SP no news seems to help

This last week or so has been awful for me. I think I am just going to ignore everything until the new year.
