Q for rr share holders

I have a few hundred quid in rr held in my Halifax ISA.

I got sent a communication via Halifax at the start of the month about the proposal to allow existing shareholders to buy shares at a discounted rate pending the required approvals being obtained but I've heard nothing more since then.

A friend has been sent today a more detailed outline of the proposal and how much he will need to be in fund by to take advantage of the offer but I've heard nothing more since the correspondence at the start of October.

Has anyone else had further correspondence about what they need to do?

Probably a few hundred pence now! Were 1007p a couple of years ago, now 85p, lost 60% today!

Hargreaves Lansdown sent out an email today with instructions of how to apply for the share issue. I would have thought you should hear something in the next few days as the deadline is November 9th.

For every 3 shares you held, you can buy 10 at 32p a share.

Be crazy not to.

They aren't really down 60% in a day, because they went ex-rights, so the tradeable rights are sellable also, if you don't want to participate.
