Yes - currently up 44% and wondering what to do (hold/sell)...was above £4 in June so looking to hold till it approaches that sort of level.
Tehy are leading the online chare for clothes buying in their demographics (I'm not part of that)
I 'hate' this share as I have a whatsapp msg to a friend approx 6yrs ago where we got in at approx 25p and out just above 40p.
I'm not even going to think about calculating the differential .....

TUI Rights Issue.
You can buy 25 new shares at 96p for every 29 shares you own.
I currently don't own, which having read the RNS leads me to consider although they do say "We don't have the cash to repay this right now, so it could all go very wrong".....
If you bought today at £4.88 and agreed to buy in the RI you'd end up with an average of £3.11 (29 @ 4.88 + 25 @ 0.96)
Anyone in, or going in to benefit? Does anyone know the cut off deadline to be in to be able to participate in the RI?
'm not sure £3.11 would be a good place to be.TUI Rights Issue.

I am guessing that is someone doesn't take the RI then their shares will become worth £3.11 or thereabouts after the dilution?

Yeah only qty 1500 of them.If the sp is going up now and the results are good on 14th then it means the sp won't move. On the other hand if the results are bad the sp will tank. I may well sell on 13th !

IPF
I bought IPF after a tip from here at 98p and today they are 83p (about half what they were in March). It's not really a gamble as it's a fairly steady ship with good fundamentals (last 5 years £800M turnover and about 8% profits after tax and 12.4p divvy per share each year).
This year the sp has dropped as they seem to have been hit hard by CV and looks like their fundamentals will be hit hard but as a recovery stock I think that by mid 2022 they should be very healthy and hopefully the sp will have returned to March 2019 levels (i.e. doubled) and be paying their 12.4p divvy again.
Does anyone else hold IPF after the tip from here and do you have any views? I'm thinking of going in big after their results for the last FY are announced.

held them June to Sept , they were stuck in the 60s after dropping into the 50's got out of them and watched them falter then gain to their present position. Would suggest a LTH but what do I know.I bought IPF after a tip from here at 98p and today they are 83p (about half what they were in March). Each one is very context specific so you need to make sure you understand the conditions and timings.
IIRC IAG was 3 for 2 at 0.92 Euro and the share price dropped accordingly. I suspect, but I've not validated the theory, that of the RIs announced on my holdings I would have been better off selling my existing holdings at the point of announcement and buying on the day of the share issue (assuming the volume would have been there to make the purchase).
I wasn't in the RR one so don't know the details but there was alsorts of action on that.
