Creditors meeting.
Amigo Holdings PLC (LSE: AMGO), a leading provider of guarantor loans in the UK, provides an update on the Scheme of Arrangement (the 'Scheme') of ALL Scheme Ltd ('SchemeCo') announced on 25 January 2021, following the completion of the Creditors Meeting held on 12 May 2021.
Amigo is pleased to announce that, of the creditors who chose to vote, 95.09% by number representing 95.72% by value, voted in favour of the Scheme. In total, the Company has received 74,877 votes in favour of the Scheme and 3,863 votes against the Scheme, with values of £230,744,046 in favour and £10,319,764 against.
The Scheme requires more than 50% of all creditors who vote to vote in favour, and the total value of their claims to represent at least 75% of the value of the claims of all creditors who vote. In order to become effective, the Scheme requires sanction by the Court. The Court hearing to sanction the Scheme of Arrangement is listed to be held on 19 May 2021.
So if it wasnt for the ruddy FCA this would be quite a simple transition to sorting out the fiasco and moving back into trading again.Amigo Holdings PLC (LSE: AMGO), a leading provider of guarantor loans in the UK, provides an update on the Scheme of Arrangement (the 'Scheme') of ALL Scheme Ltd ('SchemeCo') announced on 25 January 2021, following the completion of the Creditors Meeting held on 12 May 2021.

Hopefully as has been mooted that the FCA dont want ultimate blood just want to temper the amount of money made by the directors. Which I guess is ultimately good for the shareholders too
Didn’t manage to get in on the sub 20p price that was available but below current level.
Helps making up for the substantial kick in the nut sack that HEMO is delivering each day...
Also added more ALGW yesterday. Should have waited for today....
Tried to get some more this morning when it went 6p offered, but AJ Bell online didn't want to play ball.
The old addage, 'When in trouble, double....'
- Does not apply to TILS, HEMO, SYME, EME......

ADOM in fact is DOWN over 12% today.
1st buy 28th Jan at 52c
2nd buy 10th Feb at 67c
Average = 60c
Current sp = 18c
69% down as of today!
Luckily I only put £3k in but of that I only have about £978 left.
Definitely my worst buy ever! Albeit SNG and EQT are doing their best to match ADOM !
It's what happens when you get fomo and want some EV action without doing your own DD.
Ouch!!! I have a couple of downers at the moment in the region of 40% but small amounts, up to £1k. 1st buy 28th Jan at 52c
2nd buy 10th Feb at 67c
Average = 60c
Current sp = 18c
69% down as of today!

Don’t feel so bad now.

How is it that ARB UK is down and ARBKF (US version) is up, also the same with COINsilium UK down and CINGF (US version) up but not today, shouldn't they track each other?
Before UK open today, they were the same price, when you take into account the exchange rate. It's mind numbing how they're released good news but the SP has dived. I'm currently 50pc down.

They were up earlier, not sure what happened to make it reverse into down.
ADOM is definitely a more speculative EV play. All the EV market has been getting trashed so it's not exclusive to ADOM.
Yeah they do fluctuate up/down a lot. Maybe I should look at these for trading only. ADOM is definitely a more speculative EV play. All the EV market has been getting trashed so it's not exclusive to ADOM.

I am already invested and going to just sit and watch it drop every day until it either goes to 0 or decides to take off again.

Raymond blanc and David Moore have dumped a load of NGHT share.....expecting a kick in the nuts today
Fantastic spin in the RNS. "The placing was oversubscribed, so Blanc and Moore generously made some of their holdings available so investors wouldn't be disappointed" egomeister said:

That is absolutely superb. I wonder how stupid they perceive investors to be. But then I go on the lse forum.

I think IDP look really promising after reading a few posts over on other sites. Anyone think the same?
Can you share some of these posts? I'm already invested but may be tempted to add.
It seems to gravitate to 40p, so interested to see what will make it go much higher.
