Come on Kez, I'm offering myself up as a trainee to earn £15k in a month.
Message the tax dodging clown, set up that meet: https://www.whatnot.com/en-GB/user/gurucollectable...Of course, he's going to attempt to use you to pretend he makes £1000-3000 p/day, instead of the £100-300, he actually makes. He controls the narrative, using his non-existant youtube skills, uploading a video, which gets 450 views.
Then you need to go to Cam Kirkham on youtube or Ballerbusters to put your side of the story. That's when it gets interesting...

Unequal dividend payments are fine if there are different share classes involved, or if the majority shareholder(s) waive their right to the divi. Still seems an overly complex mechanism but then I'm no guru.
Yes but if you have 100 B class share holders then all B class dividends must be paid at the same rate.So he'd dividing his profits with 99 other shareholders which doesn't make any sense.

I'd be surprised if he's making £300 a week. Of course, he's going to attempt to use you to pretend he makes £1000-3000 p/day, instead of the £100-300, he actually makes. He controls the narrative, using his non-existant youtube skills, uploading a video, which gets 450 views.

It's gone a bit quiet on Kez's amazing dividend swindle?
I think he may well have just entered the chat.zakthemac said:
If he owns 1% of B class shares, 99% A class shares. TThen he has no other b class share holders so he is infact right. Any dividend would go to him. In regards to someone going down to meet him, if he really does do it infront of you in person what do we have to lose?
Kez, if you click on Armitage.Shanks username, you can email him to organise that meet up.zakthemac said:

Must define Class B shares (or similar) with full dividend rights, but restricted or no voting or capital rights.
Can include a clause like:
“Holders of Class B shares shall be entitled to 100% of declared dividends of the company, regardless of shareholding percentage.”
Issue Structure Example:
Total shares: 1,000
990 Class A shares (owned by others, 99% voting, 0% dividends)
10 Class B shares (owned by you, 1% voting, 100% dividends)
Shareholders' Agreement:
Reinforce dividend policy and ensure Class A shareholders agree not to take dividends unless you get your full entitlement.
Honestly muff, just read up and Class A Shares and class be shares. you can have 99% of one and 1% of the other its all in black and white. as much as we want him to be wrong hes actually right. I dont wanna defend a bell but its true unfortunately..
