One half of the main Cheverells House in Herts - £2.5m - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...
Why post a semi-detached historic house? Because the other half is for sale as well for £1.5m - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...
Not often that sort of coincidence comes up. One on the 6th May, the other the 16th May, thought it was worth it for that. There is another part to it but you could buy that later to make it complete again
knock those through and re-organise rooms - and reckon that would be my dream houseWhy post a semi-detached historic house? Because the other half is for sale as well for £1.5m - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...

I also own the same Pure Evil print as the first one has mounted, comparison ends there unfortunately

4 bedrooms, newly built terrace houses in Victoria Park (East London, Bow) - Only one of the houses in the picture below-. No car parking, and quite crowded side of the river? Price tag 1 million GBP

So any PH'ers would be willing to pay 1 million without a car-park?
Cracking Sri Lankan breakfast at the Pavilion Cafe just the other side of the road, mind.http://www.zoopla.co.uk/new-homes/details/43728708...

Stolen from the Guardian, but if you like modern conversions, this is spectacular and in a great holiday home location.

Unless that comes with 100 acres that I haven't read about, that is far from a bargain.
I can see why you like it though But not to my taste.
And even with an 'independent' hat on, it still doesn't look great VFM.
Two acres. I agree I dont see the value in it at all.I can see why you like it though But not to my taste.

If we can sell our current place, this is on the wish list. Some small things to change such as kitchen worktops, but it's absolutely stunning and very imposing (in a good way). Location is perfect as well.

Fronting onto a busy rat run to Beverley, nicer stuff in that area.http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...
It has been photographed cleverly, the front of the house is very close to the road on the main street through a village which is used by a lot of cars and trucks getting from Beverley to the M62, also it is almost directly opposite 2 pubs and the village shop, vehicle access must be a nightmare.

google street maps shows a 10 foot brick wall blocking off the street, and a nice driveway hidden behind it, but as I said I don't know the area, looks very nice to mechonok said:

Really? Constant traffic noise past your front door, not really walkable to any shops, decent pubs or restaurants. Your only neighbours are an hotel, a hospital and an office. I agree there are some nice places on that road, but I reckon you've picked just about the worst I bloody love this. Perfect location for me too. I just wish I was rich! You're set so far back you wouldn't hear anything surely?Just with my work I need to be round this neck of the woods and never seen anything like that close to amenities. Put it in Warwick and it'd be £5m :'(
Didn't realise it was there tbh!

I just think you'd be a lot better off closer to town with less land (1.6 acres isn't so much that you'd miss it).Just with my work I need to be round this neck of the woods and never seen anything like that close to amenities. Put it in Warwick and it'd be £5m :'(
