It looks a pretty horrible room. I can't imagine sitting in there with friends or just relaxing with the family vomit
Not to mention the pain in the neck from watching TV.

I quite like the look of this - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope... Not sure if the sunken sofa is the most or least cool thing I've ever seen boxedin
Sunken lounge and a raised swimming pool biggrinbiglaughbiggrin someone's confused.

That white plastic sunken lounge is vile, truly, embarrassingly vile. hehe

That's a wipe-clean finish on those sofas. Imagine it filled with three tattooed middle aged men and a bunch of cheap hookers and you'll get the idea that's behind it....

From the fact that the listing refers to lots, this seems to be going to auction?

This one on the Hamble really is all about the location.

The dining room, however, makes me feel sea-sick even before the food arrives.
Thats been for sale since July 2011 so something is putting people off even taking into account buyers at that price point are not so common (for want of a better term).

All the masts you can see to the right in the garden photo are from the yard at Port Hamble Marina and the traffic getting in and out of Hamble is horrendous at the best of times. Its also not close to a mainline London station.

I know, my Stepfather started Port Hamble and lived on that road. Last time I was there the Council were doing loads of traffic calming measures, a sodding nightmare.
