Presumably that Norfolk house is charging that money for the plot on the understanding the house will be demolished?

Trendy medieval, the next stage is stting out of the window.
Reminds me of this -

Blackadder:
Um, well, what we are talking about in privy terms is the latest in front wall fresh air orifices combined with a wide capacity gutter installation below.

Mrs. Pants:
You mean you crap out the window?

Blackadder:
Yes.

Decor aside, I don't mind the design/building.

I expect it would come with the challenge of asbestos and a lack of proper insulation.

Me too. All the furniture is wrong, but I like the building.

That is what I was thinking, I know that road quite well as a mate lives on Lynch Green opposite and as kids I used to walk passed there all the time as I went to school near by.

However, I have never seen that house before. I'm intrigued.

Same here, I think it looks pretty interesting. Needs modernising but nothing really wrong

Shamefully, or not, I agree. Not a bad place by any means, just needs some money spent on it and you'd have a nice property. It's in a nice part of Norwich too.

The design of the building reminds me of a doctors surgery/dental surgery I drive past every now and then. Each to their own, but it's definitely not for me.

Not sure if this one's been mentioned - exterior is ok, but "interesting" interior - https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prop...
