Front looks like one of those children's boards where you have to put the right block in the right hole.

I'm not surprised it was a one off. After that effort they probably had their pencil taken away and were told to try a different career.

Absolutely nothing about this is pleasing to look at. This is top end of Glasgow market price band.
Goodness that sets off my OCD, there is no harmony or even symmetry there. Awful.

Unless that is priced very aggressively (I’ve no idea), and even if it is, the owners or their representatives really need to up their marketing game. It needs to be properly dressed and photographed by professionals (hopefully not on such a sunny day).

It looks terribly cheaply specified and the imagery is not in any way helpful. So we need to apply a shed load of glitter and treat interested parties like royalty.

Corum are a “proper” agent in west of Scotland, and I’m surprised the photos are not better. Looking at previous sales someone paid top whack for a horrible bungalow and has turned it into this, and maybe the price is dictated by what that cost if they need to make a profit.

Yesterday, in a similarly good / sought after area, this was listed - who in their right mind would choose the White House over this - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...

The type who want to live in spam valley.

Us shielders are smarter than that. wink

The big difference I guess (other than that Broom house being ugly as sin is the schools. But at close to a million you'd expect the weans to be going private anyway.

The house in Pollokshields is closer to Hutchinson’s too!

My parents live round the corner from that white box monstrosity, I’ve never noticed it before, Will take a look next time over.

Now that is a house. Lovely (albeit it needs a more classic kitchen, imo)

I was torn between putting this in the pawn or nightmares thread, but decided its deffo a nightmare.

I love modern buildings, and it does have a nice view, but something about this just isnt right.

It's so void of character, Im still not convinced its not a CGI laugh

To add some context, 2.5M in Ilfracombe is silly money, the next property down, in a 1 mile radius is 900 K for a 5 bedroom farm house, with 5 separate letting cottages and 3 acres of land, with a stream and a lake, oh and a barn

I quite like it, but I don't have that money nor live in the area so not massively useful! You cna contrast that with the boxy villa and see what having an eye for design gets you at any rate

It looks like the aftermath of an arson attack.
It looks like my old outside primary school toilets form the 80s which were hardly ever cleaned, we'd all have 'piss races' up the urinal walls, leaving those lovely calcified ammonia stinking stains.
A prime example of what looks good in the tile brouchure does not look good in real life.

I quite like it - views out to see are amazing. ONE garage space though in a £2.5M pad???!!! Looks like you'd also be sharing the long drive with the local holiday park - and no pictures of the gardens in the brochure seems a bit strange. I'll give it a miss wink
