Just pick a room, any room. They’re all equally loopy.
I feel like I am losing my mind just looking at the photos.Just pick a room, any room. They’re all equally loopy.
It's a proper timewarp place but weirdly like someone's fitted out a commercial shed with resi gear. The ceilings, suspended tiles, be like whhaaaaaaat?
Why so many chairs in the bedroom, along the dressing table wall?
Has it at some point been used for 'entertainment'?

Quite something! Though looks to have something sporty under that pink blanket in the garageJust pick a room, any room. They’re all equally loopy. I was particularly struck by the blue and beige ceiling, the 30 foot dressing table, and climbing wall in the living room.

I have no idea where to start. The 30 foot dressing table that seems to be the only place that lacks a mirror. The fact that you have about 50 seats to choose from, including one that despite the fact the place is huge, is sat blocking the dishwasher. Or the fact that you live metres from the coast, but just stare out at a huge sand dune and a vast expanse of paving slabs. Apparently you would own part of the beach. They do say you would need to speak to their legal team though, which probably means someone told them that but it is essentially useless.Just pick a room, any room. They’re all equally loopy. I think the agent is probably just wary of encouraging a repeat of the controversy the neighbour caused a few years ago when he decided to bulldoze the dunes
For all the handwringing by his council. It seems he didn't break any laws or rules. SO they can (like so many councils!) do one The plot for sale, knock it down, build something a bit taller and have that view a bit more easy on the eye

typical council - can't do much (anything?) right! The plot for sale, knock it down, build something a bit taller and have that view a bit more easy on the eye
WRT to that property - it's a leasehold so you can't even knock it down

Still a stupid thing to do. Dunes are an important part of our defence against coastal erosion. Knocking them down might give you a better view but you might end up with the sea a bit closer than you were expecting. The plot for sale, knock it down, build something a bit taller and have that view a bit more easy on the eye
