WRT to that property - it's a leasehold so you can't even knock it down frown
The land the town is built on was leased from the local squire on a 999 year lease. I think he just wanted to retain the hunting rights. Plenty of houses in the neighbourhood have been replaced without issue.

That particular house is one of a row built in the 60s / 70s - God knows what the architects were smoking. At least one has a round front door hippy

Talking of nightmares, two of the creepiest houses I've seen for a while....

Both in Baltimore and over $1m.
Neither of which I would want to sleep a single night in!

I'm getting a needs renovation/decorating vibe, not a creepy one from either. The first one looks ace!

Just pick a room, any room. They’re all equally loopy. I was particularly struck by the blue and beige ceiling, the 30 foot dressing table, and climbing wall in the living room.

I really like that, with some good mid century furniture and less crap, great house.

Turn all that conference room rubbish into a garage and that would be very nice.

The outbuildings are OK but the house is pretty grim, and the interiors are tasteless. The outdoor entertainment area is pure Benidorm.

Judging by the day and night shoot and the barbecue they seemed to look after the viewing agents well.

I don't know what's going on with all that led lighting. Looks a bit tacky tbh.

I don't see anything too scary in there, at all.
One needs updating, one has too many downlighters installed, but both easily resolved.
The first one looks like they ran out of money for the front exterior - old crazy paving from the bungalow that once stood there?

The property that's posted after these, however, hideous overuse of LEDs everywhere!
Money clearly doesn't buy taste, as the outdoor fridges also show. smile
