My broker got me a pdf of my mortgage promise pretty easily. Can yuo not do the same?

I’ll be making calls first thing Monday as it’s my only day off in the next week or so

How about trying Frank's letter or a slight variation?
IMO, It would be the sensible thing to do in this situation.

For the OP - I work in the industry, family have owned multiple estate agencies over 25+ years, I’ve managed them for 7+ years dealing with properties up to £40m.

I emailed the agent this morning and have been told what I need to provide, which is the usual ID, proof of deposit/address, also the original thing from this thread about them wanting me to sit down with their financial guy to find me a better deal was mentioned again rolleyes
