Is there supposed to be a clue who owns it?

It's got some very random features and furnishings - are they chairs that go around corners at one of the dining tables?

Sleb house for sale

Noel Gallagher's old place Supernova Heights, currently the home of David Walliams.

For such a colourful personality it's interior lacks any homeliness feel or colour - £5.35m
I don't get having a bath, or any bathroom elements in a bedroom.
Bath/Bed arrangement aside its all very neutral, which is no bad thing imo.

Overall I quite like it. With a double garage it'd be perfect

Agreed - I find it quite off-putting.

Bedrooms are for beds, and bathrooms are for baths.
My missus would love that set-up. I'm thinking I hope there's good (and quiet) extraction! (Or a/c).

It's just the next step in mistakenly assumed luxury. After all, en suite bathrooms are considered aspirational when, infact, they are just a compromise for the purposes of privacy or convenience. If you've made the leap to thinking that stting in a bedroom cupboard is luxurious, then removing the cupboard door is the next logical step.

I’m glad I’m not the only one. It’s one of those space compromises like putting the kitchen in the living room to make an extra bedroom. It’s marketed as cool and hip and modern living but all it is is a means to sell the same space for more money.

Not sure what you're talking about - you could enclose the bathroom area in Noel G's bedroom without making much difference to the bedroom space. And the crapper is in its own room anyway.

Stumbled across this http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope... - which surely needs more kerb appeal for £4M?

Or, for the same money in the same part of the world, you could buy 44 houses: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prope...

God I expected that to be somewhere in London.

Jesmond is quite pleasant actually but £4m to live in the toon? Can’t imagine who would spend that! The whole point of Newcastle is that it’s cheap hehe

Around here that is probably reasonable- desirable location just outside Cirencester and not many properties like it, plus they don’t come on the market often... top end properties often go to cash auctions and go for silly money..,
