Something about that colour scheme tells me young Andrew has never quite cut the cord with NUFC.

Each to his/her own but that's utterly soulless.

The main issue I have is their huge gardens are all so boring! Hedge and grass. At no point when out and about do they think, that'd look great in my garden...

Yes, you can almost smell over-boiled vegetables and piss as you look at some of the interior pics. hehe
Mum and Dad have those very same chairs in their living room eek

Do you think they might need to downsize too?

Dreadful interior. House and grounds ok though.

What is it with people wanting 10,000 different finishes and materials in their houses?!

Here is the brochure;

About a hundred yards from a A-Road.

It does need some of its chintz and colour (EG that lime green sofa) stripping out, but after that I think it could be stunning.

No offence explicit or implied, and good luck to them. biggrin

However, the house in the link it is one of those that has the slightly folorn air of being moved on due to seniority. Mrs Digga and I looked at a doer-upper of a place out in the sticks about 15 years back which was similar; still fully furnished, but not being lived in. It was really sad seeing all the family pictures and wondering what had transpired. And the roof was gradually falling in.

Entertaining Room.

"I'm sure we'd all like to give our appreciation to Tom for re-enacting the final of the 1985 World Snooker Championships for us and what a great sport Ethel was to put the glasses on and be Denis Taylor, nice finger pointing Ethel. And now Clarence will entertain us this evening with the theme to Hawaii 5-O on the drums, take it away Clarence."

I've noticed you're very critical on these threads.

What kind of property do you like?
Take a scroll through my previous posts on this thread. There are plenty I’ve commented on positively.

Not too far away from me.

Another Scottish castle. This one is POA but is listed elsewhere at o/o £5M and I guess a fair chunk of that price is due to the proximity to St Andrews.

Went along with my parents to view that when I was very small - it was for nothing, with a decent amount of rough land - but RAF Leuchars was literally right next to it. Found the brochure a couple of months ago.
