And a helipad in the middle of it? Decent commercial unit as well for fettling with all the toys. That part of the property would seem like a wonderful addition to any home?

The other part appears to be one of the most hideously decorated and fitted out call centres to grace the planet?

There's a lot of road/driveway around the house too.

Doesn’t seem to link up. You’d have to be using that little doughnutting square at the back all the time. The owner definitely had a cheap offer on asphalt but I think missed a trick by not finishing the driveway off with a full loop?

And don’t forget the ‘design’ - from the Travelodge period of architecture

The outside does look a lot like a call centre in Bradford I was training at a few years ago. Inside this picture specifically also reminds me of the very same call centre. That double door to the left leads to main floor, the training room I was using to run courses is just behind the camera. It's uncanny.

Does anybody think this was was built by a traveller fed up of travelling?
Me no likely.

The sad face from the wall and bed speaks for itself?

Needs a lot of money spending on paint, and flooring. But the basics of a comfortable place to live and enjoy life are all there.

not a looker though. very much function over form.

That is priced at more than my mother's larger 1 acre plot on the Wentworth Estate in Surrey. I don't see it.

Looks like it, and on the wall by the snooker table, plus an F1 wheel/tyre and wing on the floor.

Prices are mad in Cambridge, but that's just nuts. No way is it worth that.

Not pawn but doing a second inspection on this place tomorrow and have approval in place for mortgage.

Nice size block.

That looks like pawn to me - lovely place! Will need some decent interior design to make it a bit less of a white box, but otherwise, best of luck...

Bit too close to Swansea and Cardiff for me but otherwise pretty good. Not as architecturally bland as most Aussie houses either.

Looks nice and the interior is quite a blank canvas. The key feature though has to be the patio/stoop? where you can sit with a beer and watch all the creatures crawling out of the scrub to come and kill you.
